Precise Customization & Design Details

With the material approved, we worked closely with their design team to execute the custom athletic elements:

• Athletic Contrast Piping: We integrated custom black piping running along the raglan shoulder seams, perfectly accentuating the athletic silhouette shown in the concept.

• Crisp Embroidery Placement: The client requested their logo embroidered on the right chest and a subtle brand name along the lower left sleeve. Using specialized high-density embroidery machines, we ensured the lettering remained perfectly crisp and flexible without pulling or distorting the knit fabric.
